Tarteeb is a free calendar and reminder service for recurring subscriptions for people in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your personal data on tarteeb.quest and in the service.

What do we collect?ما الذي نجمعه؟
Your name and mobile number when you fill in the form; the names of subscriptions you add, their renewal dates and cycles, and your reminder settings; and basic technical data such as IP address, browser and pages viewed. Cookies are explained in the Cookie Policy.
اسمك ورقم جوالك عند تعبئة النموذج، وأسماء الاشتراكات التي تضيفها ومواعيد تجديدها ودوراتها وإعدادات التذكير، وبيانات تقنية أساسية مثل عنوان IP والمتصفح والصفحات التي تمت زيارتها. ملفات الارتباط موضحة في سياسة ملفات الارتباط.
What don’t we collect?ما الذي لا نجمعه؟
Card numbers, bank logins, account passwords or one-time verification codes. If anyone asks you for these in our name, do not share them and tell us.

Why do we use it?لماذا نستخدمها؟
To send you a link to Tarteeb, to deliver the reminders you set, to answer your questions, to keep the service secure — and, only if you agree, to measure our ads (including with Snap Pixel).

On what legal basis?على أي أساس قانوني؟
Your consent, the need to provide the service you requested, our legitimate interest in security, and our legal obligations — in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection, Bahrain Law No. 30 of 2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Kuwait Data Privacy Protection Regulation issued by CITRA.

Who do we share it with?مع من نشاركها؟
Only with companies that help us operate (hosting, messaging, email), bound by confidentiality; with Snap Inc. and analytics providers if you accept those cookies; and with authorities when the law requires. We never sell personal data.

Some providers may be located outside your country. When data leaves your country, we use the safeguards that the law requires.

How long do we keep it?كم من الوقت نحتفظ بها؟
Form data: up to 24 months, or less if you ask. Reminder data: while you use the service, then deleted within 90 days.
بيانات النموذج: حتى ٢٤ شهرًا أو أقل إذا طلبت. بيانات التذكير: طوال استخدامك للخدمة، ثم تُحذف خلال ٩٠ يومًا.
How is it protected?كيف نحميها؟
Encrypted connections, limited staff access and regular checks. We will tell you and the authorities if a breach affects your data, where required.
اتصالات مشفّرة ووصول محدود للموظفين وفحوصات دورية، وسنبلغك ونبلغ الجهات المختصة إذا تأثرت بياناتك بأي اختراق عند الاقتضاء.
What are your choices?ما خياراتك؟
Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; reply STOP to any message. Email info@tarteeb.quest — we answer within 30 days. You can also contact your country’s data-protection authority.
اطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو اعترض على المعالجة أو قيّدها، أو اسحب موافقتك، أو رد بكلمة STOP على أي رسالة. راسل info@tarteeb.quest وسنرد خلال ٣٠ يومًا. ويمكنك أيضًا التواصل مع جهة حماية البيانات في دولتك.
Age limitالحد الأدنى للعمر
Tarteeb is for adults aged 18+. We delete data we learn belongs to someone younger.
ترتيب للبالغين من عمر ١٨ عامًا فأكثر، ونحذف أي بيانات نعلم أنها تخص من هم أصغر سنًا.
