These Terms apply to tarteeb.quest and the Tarteeb service. By using them you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

تنطبق هذه الشروط على tarteeb.quest وخدمة ترتيب. وباستخدامها فإنك تقبل هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية.

Tarteeb is a free calendar and reminder service for recurring subscriptions. Reminders are informational and depend on the details you enter. Tarteeb does not make payments, recharge lines, cancel subscriptions or act on any third-party account for you.

ترتيب هي خدمة مجانية لتقويم الاشتراكات المتكررة والتذكير بمواعيد تجديدها. التذكيرات إعلامية وتعتمد على البيانات التي تُدخلها. لا يجري ترتيب مدفوعات ولا يشحن الخطوط ولا يلغي الاشتراكات ولا يتصرف في أي حساب لدى طرف ثالث نيابةً عنك.

Tarteeb is provided free of charge. We do not take payments and will never request card details. Should optional paid features ever be introduced, they will be announced in advance and require your separate, explicit agreement.

يُقدَّم ترتيب مجانًا. لا نتقاضى أي مدفوعات ولن نطلب بيانات بطاقة أبدًا. وإذا قُدّمت ميزات مدفوعة اختيارية مستقبلًا فسيُعلن عنها مسبقًا وستتطلب موافقتك الصريحة والمنفصلة.

You must be 18 or older and reside in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.

يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عامًا أو أكثر وأن تقيم في الإمارات العربية المتحدة وقطر والكويت والبحرين.

After you submit the form, we send a personal link to your mobile number. Keep the link private and make sure the details you enter are correct.

بعد إرسال النموذج نرسل رابطًا شخصيًا إلى رقم جوالك. حافظ على خصوصية الرابط وتأكد من صحة البيانات التي تُدخلها.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

لا تُسئ استخدام الخدمة، ولا تحاول الوصول غير المصرح به، ولا تعطّلها، ولا تستخدمها لأغراض غير قانونية.

The Tarteeb name, logo, website and software belong to Tarteeb and may not be reused without written permission.

اسم ترتيب وشعاره وموقعه وبرمجياته مملوكة لـترتيب ولا يجوز إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي.

Tarteeb is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any telecom operator, bank, streaming platform or other provider.

ترتيب غير تابع لأي مشغّل اتصالات أو بنك أو منصة بث أو مزوّد آخر، وغير معتمد أو مموّل منه.

The service is provided “as is”. Network or device issues can delay reminders, and delivery of every reminder cannot be guaranteed. Always check your provider’s official terms and dates.

تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي". قد تتأخر التذكيرات بسبب مشكلات الشبكة أو الجهاز، ولا يمكن ضمان وصول كل تذكير. تحقق دائمًا من الشروط والمواعيد الرسمية لمزوّدك.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including charges or interruptions caused by third-party providers.

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، بما في ذلك الرسوم أو الانقطاعات التي يسببها مزوّدو الأطراف الثالثة.

You may stop at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend access that breaches these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

يمكنك التوقف في أي وقت وطلب حذف بياناتك. ويجوز لنا تعليق أي وصول يخالف هذه الشروط مع إشعار حيثما كان ذلك معقولًا.

UAE law as applied in the Emirate of Dubai governs these Terms, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country.

يحكم هذه الشروط قانون دولة الإمارات كما يُطبق في إمارة دبي، وتختص محاكم دبي، دون المساس بحقوق المستهلك الإلزامية في دولتك.
